"If empathy is at the core of learning then they grow up to be much more stable, mindful, aware and sensitive human beings" - Dr. Shelja Sen
We are a group of counsellors and psychologists who have come together to reach out to the children/young adults of the underprivileged sector. We have been providing our services since January 2021. We are a registered trust since 5th March, 2024.
The counsellors have diplomas in counselling skills from institutions such as Banjara Academy and Parivarthan. Many also have a degree in MA Psychology. We are from varied backgrounds, speak several different languages, have many years of experience in the area of counselling including children with special needs. We also volunteer at other organizations/NGOs and some of us have our own private practice. We are a voluntary organization and there are no charges associated with any of our services.
Our services (free of charge for the underprivileged) include:
- Mental health counselling
- Life skills training
- Career counselling/guidance and
- Social and emotional development workshops
We have partnered with five NGOs so far and are already providing these services to the children supported by them. We do both in-person sessions (in Bangalore and nearby areas only) and online sessions (anywhere in the country).

Till 31st March 2024, we have done
- Emotional counselling for 83 students in 8th, 9th and 10th
- Life Skills training for 537 students in 8th, 9th and 10th
